We examine delivery plans and specifications and compare those with progress achieved. We work out what can be feasibly achieved in remaining time and restructure the delivery program. We manage the delivery of the new program.
Have you got an old application that is no longer supported?
We can rescue 'end of life' applications and fix their bug list. We can extend their life by adding new functionality.
